Stelrix (CS Capital Technologies Inc.) (“Stelrix,” “we,” “our,” “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit stelrix.com (the “Site”) or join our waitlist, and how we use, share, and protect that information. It applies only to the Site and our pre‑launch communications; product‑specific disclosures will be provided at release. This Site currently operates on a no‑cookies basis (see Section 2).

Information you provide: name, email address, and any content you submit via forms (e.g., waitlist or contact forms). We do not request Social Security numbers, bank account details, or brokerage credentials on the Site.

To register and manage the waitlist and respond to inquiries.
To send updates about Stelrix, including product communications, invitations, and company news (you can opt out at any time).

Access/Correction/Deletion: You may request a copy of your personal information, ask us to correct it, or request deletion (subject to legal obligations).
Marketing opt‑out: Use the unsubscribe link in any email or contact us at hello@stelrix.com.
Jurisdictional rights: If you are in a location with specific privacy rights (e.g., California CCPA/CPRA; EU/UK GDPR), contact us and we will honor applicable requests.

Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above—typically until you unsubscribe or our pre‑launch program ends—after which we delete or de‑identify it, subject to legal holds.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
